Inspired House Lighting System at Petersfield Festival Hall

Project brief

A.C. Special Projects designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a new, truly immersive lighting system, for Petersfield Festival Hall’s multipurpose venue. The venue required a control system that would work just as well with their old technology as it does with the new.

Because of the wide range of productions held at the Festival Hall, the venue wanted a new colour changing LED house lighting system that could provide a full range of colours, from deep saturates to smooth pastels, creating a truly immersive experience for its audiences. It was also important to them to have fixtures with high quality white light for day to day and corporate functions.

The Chroma-Q Inspire fixtures installed are convection cooled, for ultra quiet running, which is ideal for a venue hosting an array of events and performances. Festival Hall has commented that the Inspire fixtures have already made a big difference to the events they hold.
